{"id":10322,"date":"2019-08-29T12:08:35","date_gmt":"2019-08-29T10:08:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=10322"},"modified":"2019-08-29T12:08:59","modified_gmt":"2019-08-29T10:08:59","slug":"notice-relating-to-the-lqs-for-water-analyses-under-the-environmental-code","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/notice-relating-to-the-lqs-for-water-analyses-under-the-environmental-code\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice relating to the LQs for water analyses under the Environmental Code"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"hover_box\"><div class=\"hover_box_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid visible_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/Rivi\u00e8re.png\" alt=\"Notice relating to the LQs for water analyses under the Environmental Code\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid hidden_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/drapeau_france.jpg\" alt=\"Notice relating to the LQs for water analyses under the Environmental Code\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On 21 August 2019, a notice was published in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jo_pdf.do?id=JORFTEXT000038937966\">the Official Journal of the French Republic concerning the limits of quantification of &#8220;parameter-matrix&#8221; couples for the approval of laboratories carrying out analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This new opinion repeals the opinion of 14 April 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Among the changes made, this text:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Endorses certain amendments to the LQ set out in the Notice of April 14, 2018 which came into force on December 31, 2018<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Reviews upwards or downwards certain LQ<\/li>\n<li>Establishes an effective date of 31\/12\/21 for certain parameters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our laboratory is approved by the Ministry of the Environment for analyses in the field of water and aquatic environments under the Environmental Code.<\/p>\n<p>The changes following the publication of this new notice have no impact on our current approvals.<\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, our Hydrology department has a complete range of COFRAC accreditations for water analysis, physico-chemistry, microbiology, sampling and on-site testing.
