{"id":14658,"date":"2019-06-27T11:51:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-27T09:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/exgdete.cluster028.hosting.ovh.net\/?p=14658"},"modified":"2020-02-07T11:54:12","modified_gmt":"2020-02-07T10:54:12","slug":"publication-eu-regulation-2019-1015-amendments-to-mrls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/publication-eu-regulation-2019-1015-amendments-to-mrls\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication EU Regulation 2019\/1015 &#8211; amendments to MRLs"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"hover_box\"><div class=\"hover_box_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid visible_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/fruitsl\u00e9gumes.png\" alt=\"Publication EU Regulation 2019\/1015 &#8211; amendments to MRLs\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid hidden_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg\" alt=\"Publication EU Regulation 2019\/1015 &#8211; amendments to MRLs\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulation (EU) 2019\/1015 amending Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 has just been published this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This Regulation amends MRLs for the following residues: aminopyralid, captan, cyazofamide, flutianil, kresoxim-methyl, lambda-cyhalothrin, mandipropamide, pyraclostrobin, spiromesifen, spirotetramat, teflubenzuron and tetraconazole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of new authorisations for the use of plant protection products, MRLs have been increased for the following active substance\/matrix combinations :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aminopyralid on barley, millet, oats, rye and sorghum,<\/li><li> Captan on cranberries and hops,<\/li><li> Cyazofamide on potatoes, tomatoes and cucurbits,<\/li><li> Kresoxim-methyl for products of animal origin,<\/li><li> Lambda cyhalothrin on celery, fennel, sunflower seeds, soybeans and rice,<\/li><li> Mandipropamide on beets, radishes, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, peas (shelled) and artichokes,<\/li><li> Spirotetramat on other berries and berries, kiwis, garlic, fennel and rhubarb,<\/li><li> Tetraconazole on persimmons, linseed and poppy seeds.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of applications for import tolerances, MRLs have been identified in the following commodities to avoid any impediment to the import of these crops :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>MRLs for mandipropamide on cocoa beans (Nigeria and Cameroon)<\/li><li>MRLs for pyraclostrobin on rice (Indonesia), coffee beans, passion fruits, pineapples (Brazil), plaquemines of Virginia, sugar cane (USA)<\/li><li> MRL for spiromesifen on coffee beans (Brazil)<\/li><li> MRL for teflubenzuron on grapefruit and mandarins (Brazil)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In the context of the approval of the active substance flutianil, MRLs were included in Annex II to the Regulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That Regulation applies from 11\/07\/2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any technical, pricing or regulatory information, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Regulation (EU) 2019\/1015 amending Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 has just been published this week.
