{"id":18124,"date":"2020-06-25T14:54:00","date_gmt":"2020-06-25T12:54:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=18124"},"modified":"2020-06-26T14:55:55","modified_gmt":"2020-06-26T12:55:55","slug":"publication-eu-regulation-2020-856-amendments-to-mrls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/publication-eu-regulation-2020-856-amendments-to-mrls\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication EU Regulation 2020\/856 &#8211; Amendments to MRLs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"hover_box\"><div class=\"hover_box_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid visible_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/L\u00e9gumes.png\" alt=\"Publication EU Regulation 2020\/856 &#8211; Amendments to MRLs\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid hidden_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg\" alt=\"Publication EU Regulation 2020\/856 &#8211; Amendments to MRLs\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The European Commission has just published a new Regulation amending <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32020R0856&amp;qid=1593077985481&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005<\/a> on maximum residue levels for certain residues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulation (EU)\n2020\/856 amends MRLs for residues of cyantraniliprole, cyazofamide, cyprodinil,\nfenpyroximate, fludioxonil, fluxapyroxad, imazalil, isofetamide,\nkresoxim-methyl, lufenuron, mandipropamide, propamocarb, pyraclostrobin,\npyriofenone, pyriproxyfen and spinetoram in foodstuffs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRLs for the\nfollowing matrix\/pesticide combinations were increased to align with the CODEX\nCXLs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cyazofamide\/vegetable\nbulb<\/li><li>Cyantraniliprole\/mangoes,\ncranberries<\/li><li>Cyprodinil\/grenade<\/li><li>Fenpyroximate\/Tomato<\/li><li>Fludioxonil\/rose,\navocado, guava, bulb vegetables, soybean<\/li><li>Fluxapyroxad\/mangoes,\npapaya, coffee<\/li><li>Isofetamide\/seed\nfruits, stone fruits, bramble fruits, beans, peas<\/li><li>Kresoxim-methyl\/peaches,\ngrapes, mangoes, cucurbits, barley, oats, buckwheat<\/li><li>Lufenuron\/orange,\nlimes, pome fruits, coffee<\/li><li>Mandipropamide\/potatoes, beans<\/li><li>Propamocarb\/head cabbage<\/li><li>Pyraclostrobin\/Lawyer, Mango,\nBeans<\/li><li>Pyriofenone\/vat grapes,\nstrawberry, bramble and berry fruits, cucurbits<\/li><li>Pyriproxyfen\/papaya, melons.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This regulation is\napplicable from 09\/07\/2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You should know\nthat our laboratory, expert in pesticide analysis, carries out the analysis of\nthese residues in foodstuffs under COFRAC accreditation (Scope N\u00b01-1904\navailable on the COFRAC website).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any technical,\npricing or regulatory information, please do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The European Commission has just published a new Regulation amending Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 on maximum residue levels for certain residues.
