There\nwould also be a long-term risk to birds (secondary poisoning) and arthropods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it could not be shown that this substance does not\nhave endocrine disrupting properties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benalaxyl is currently authorized in the EU on many crops:\nbulb vegetables, eggplants, cucumbers, melons, leeks, potatoes, vines and\ntomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Member States must withdraw authorizations for plant\nprotection products containing benalaxyl by 5 April 2021 at the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The grace period granted by Member States for plant\nprotection products containing this active substance expires on 5 October 2021\nat the latest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The regulations come into force from October 5, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Know that your Phytocontrol laboratory is able to search for\nbenalaxyl under COFRAC accreditation.
