{"id":24153,"date":"2021-09-24T16:00:00","date_gmt":"2021-09-24T14:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/?p=24153"},"modified":"2021-10-27T16:01:18","modified_gmt":"2021-10-27T14:01:18","slug":"publication-of-regulation-2021-1531-lmr-changes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/en\/regulatory-watch\/publication-of-regulation-2021-1531-lmr-changes\/","title":{"rendered":"Publication of regulation 2021\/1531 &#8211; LMR changes"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"hover_box\"><div class=\"hover_box_wrapper\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid visible_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/12\/Salade.png\" alt=\"Publication of regulation 2021\/1531 &#8211; LMR changes\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"scale-with-grid hidden_photo\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/actu_publication-rasff-2016_02.jpg\" alt=\"Publication of regulation 2021\/1531 &#8211; LMR changes\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regulation (EU) No 2021\/1531 has just been published in the Official Journal of the European Union.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It modifies the MRLs for aclonifen, acrinathrin, ethirimol, penthiopyrad and picloram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRLs for aclonifen on fennel and caraway seeds are increased from 0.01 mg\/kg to 0.03 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRL acrinathrin on lettuce was increased from 0.02 mg\/kg to 0.1 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRL for ethirimol on cucumbers was increased from 0.05 mg\/kg to 0.2 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MRLs for penthiopyrad on celery stalk and fennel were increased from 15 mg\/kg to 20 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The picloram MRLs on broccoli, cauliflower and other inflorescence-developing cabbages were increased from 0.01 mg\/kg to 0.08 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These new MRLs are applicable from 10\/10\/2021 except for the MRL for ethirimol in cucumbers where the date of application is retroactively set to 17\/05\/2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find all the modifications of these MRLs in the European pesticides database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that your Phytocontrol laboratory offers pesticide residue analysis under COFRAC accreditation.
