These Regulations amend Regulation No 396\/2005 on maximum residue limits for pesticides.<br \/>\n17 pesticide residues will have their MRLs modified following the publication of these regulations.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0088&amp;qid=1550485589557&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) 2019\/88<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Following an application for authorisation of the use of a plant protection product containing the active substance <strong>acetamiprid<\/strong> on table olives and olives for oil production, the MRLs have been raised on these matrices.<br \/>\nThey have been lowered for the following matrices: apples, pears, peaches, head cabbages, Chinese cabbages, kales, lettuces, escaroles, spinaches, purslanes, chards and celeries. Consult the <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Ac\u00e9tamipride.pdf\">comparative table of MRLs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The Regulation shall apply from <strong>13 August 2019<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As regards MRLs for table olives and olives for oil production, barley and oats, they shall apply from <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">13 February 2019<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0089&amp;qid=1550485589557&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) 2019\/89<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This Regulation establishes changes in MRLs for the following residues: <strong>bromadiolone, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Etofenprox.pdf\">etofenprox<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Paclobutrazole.pdf\">paclobutrazol<\/a> and <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/Penconazole.pdf\">penconazole<\/a><\/strong>.<br \/>\nIt notes that all existing authorisations of plant protection products containing <strong>bromadiolone<\/strong> are limited to the use as rodenticide only and are not intended for direct application on edible crops.
