Amendments to MRLs\" width=\"\" height=\"\"\/><\/div><\/div>\n\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32019R0552&amp;qid=1554994793985&amp;from=FR\">Regulation (EU) 2019\/552<\/a> of 4 April 2019 amending Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 as regards maximum residue limits for azoxystrobin, bicyclopyrone, cyprodinil, difenoconazole, fenpropimorph, fenpyroximate, fluopyram, fosetyl, isoprothiolane, isopyrazam, oxamyl, prothioconazole, spinetoram, trifloxystrobin and triflum\u00e9zopyrim present in or on certain products has just been published in the OJEU.<\/p>\n<p>The Codex Alimentarius Commission has adopted new maximum residue limits (CXLs) for <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Azoxystrobine.pdf\">azoxystrobin<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Bicyclopyrone.pdf\">bicyclopyrone<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Chlorm\u00e9quat.pdf\">chlormequat<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Cyprodinil.pdf\">cyprodinil<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Difenoconazole.pdf\">difenoconazole<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Fenpropimorphe.pdf\">fenpropimorph<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Fenpyroximate.pdf\">fenpyroximate<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Fluopyram.pdf\">fluopyram<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Fos\u00e9tyl-Al.pdf\">fosetyl<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Isoprothiolane.pdf\">isoprothiolane<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Isopyrazam.pdf\">isopyrazam<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Oxamyl.pdf\">oxamyl<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Prothioconazole.pdf\">prothioconazole<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Spinetoram.pdf\">spinetoram<\/a>, <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Trifloxystrobine.pdf\">trifloxystrobin<\/a> and <a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/Triflumezopyrim.pdf\">triflum\u00e9zopyrim<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p> These CXLs have been included as MRLs in Regulation (EC) No 396\/2005 except for MRLs lower than those already set and except for products not listed in Annex I to that Regulation.<\/p>\n<p> MRLs have also been included in Annex III for bicyclopyrone and triflum\u00e9zopyrim.This Regulation shall enter into force on 25 April 2019.For any technical, pricing or regulatory information, do not hesitate to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phytocontrol.com\/en\/contact-access\/\">contact<\/a> us. <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
