Four new texts amending the MRLs set in Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 have been published in the OJEU:

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1795 corrects the MRLs for terbuthylazine on sweet corn, maize and sorghum.

The MRLs for sweet corn, maize and sorghum are set at 0.02 mg/kg instead of 0.01 mg/kg.

The regulation is applicable on 06/11/21.

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1804 modifies the MRLs for bentazone on peas without pods.

The MRL increases from 0.3 mg/kg to 0.8 mg/kg.

The regulation is applicable on 02/11/21.

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1807 modifies the MRLs for acibenzolar-S-methyl, azoxystrobin, clopyralid, cyflufenamid, fludioxonil, fluopyram, fosetyl, metazachlor, oxathiapiproline, tebufenozide and thiabendazole.

  • Acibenzolar-S-methyl: increase in MRLs for hazelnuts, beans without pods and peas without pods.
  • Azoxystrobin: increase of MRLs for sugar beet.
  • Clopyralid: increase of MRLs for oats and wheat.
  • Cyflufenamid: increase of MRLs on hops.
  • Fludioxonil: increase of MRLs on blueberries, cranberries and gooseberries, currants.
  • Fluopyram: increase of MRLs on soya beans.
  • Fosethyl-Al: increase of MRLs on almonds, chestnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, wine grapes, blueberries and currants, table olives, avocados, pomegranates, potatoes, garlic and shallots, cabbage (inflorescence development), cabbage leaves, spinach, herbs, oil olives and wheat.
  • Metazachlor: increase of MRLs on horseradish, swede and turnip.
  • Oxathiapiproline: increased MRLs on citrus fruits, blackberries and raspberries, bulb vegetables, solanaceous plants, cucurbits, cabbage (inflorescence development), head cabbage, Chinese cabbage, lettuce and lettuce-like plants, spinach and similar leaves, basil, peas (with pods), asparagus, leeks, ginseng and hops.
  • Tebufenozide: increase of MRLs on apricots and peaches.
  • Thiabendazole: increase of MRLs on mangoes, sweet potatoes and endives.

The regulation is applicable as of 03/11/21 except for fluopyram in soya beans where the MRL applies as of 06/11/21.

- Regulation (EU) No 2021/1810 modifies the MRLs for cyprodinil in blueberries, cranberries, currants and gooseberries.

The MRLs are increased from 3 mg/kg to 8 mg/kg.

The regulation is applicable from 04/11/21.
