Publication EU Regulations 2020/785 and 2020/770 – Amendments to MRLs

Two new Regulations amending Regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on maximum levels for some residues have been published in the OJEU.

Regulation (EU) 2020/770 amends MRLs for residues of myclobutanil, napropamide and sintofen in food.

According to Article 2, for food produced in or imported into the Union before 02/01/2021, the previous MRLs will continue to apply.

This Regulation is applicable on 02/01/2021.

Regulation (EU) 2020/785 amends MRLs for residues of chromafenozide, fluometuron, pencycuron, sedaxane, tau-fluvalinate and triazoxide in food.

According to the Article 2, for food produced in or imported into the Union before 06/01/2021, the previous MRLs will continue to apply.

This Regulation is applicable on 06/01/2021.
