Since May 2024, an ambitious project has been underway next to our historic site: the construction of the future Phytocontrol laboratory. This new building will merge with the existing facility to create a 12,000 m² next-generation analytical platform, one of the largest in Europe, designed to sustain our growth, innovation, and commitment to quality.
An extension dedicated to excellence
This new building, which will add 5,600 m² to our existing infrastructure, represents a strategic investment of €15 million. When completed, it will accommodate up to 300 employees in an ultra-modern space designed to support our scientific and technological ambitions.
Construction is progressing according to schedule, with official delivery expected by the end of 2025. Throughout the construction period and the future move, we have put measures in place to ensure the complete continuity of our analytical services. Our customers can rest assured that the quality, responsiveness, and reliability of our analyses will remain unchanged.
A sustainable and responsible building
This new laboratory also embodies our CSR vision. It will include:
- Sustainable building materials, chosen for their low environmental impact;
- Photovoltaic panels, to produce part of our energy independently;
- An innovative energy recovery system, which will naturally regulate the indoor temperature in summer and winter, in synergy with our air conditioning systems.
These choices are part of our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint and building a more environmentally friendly business.
