Dairy products refer to milks of different animal species and processed products produced from these milks. They are classified into three main categories: milk, cheeses and yoghurts/white cheeses and fermented milks..
The dairy sector represents one of the most important market shares in the agro-food sector, it is one of the driving forces of the French economy. Dairy products provide essential nutrients to the body:
